November football is in full swing…
And it’s finally starting to feel like November weather outside. I don’t mind it, but apparently, my furnace is less than thrilled about this change. It’s basically sweating under the pressure (thank goodness for basement drains).
I’ve heard Frank Thomas and Doug Flutie promote a product to help with performance problems, supposedly.
Doubt that works for old furnaces.
Thankfully, I can still perform. So, without any more delay, let’s get right into the action.

Insights:
It’s been a tough welcome into the Big12 Conference for Houston. Unlucky for them, Oklahoma State’s rushing attack won’t make things easier. OK State still has hopes for a conference championship, and I expect them to play motivated. I’m betting on the Cowboys to win and cover.
Texas is holding out hope of a College Football Playoff run, but I’m also certain they would love to leave the Big12 with their title. Keep in mind, I’ll never look at Iowa State the same after they lost to Ohio University (I don’t care about suspensions – it’s the MAC). I’m choosing the Longhorns to win and cover.
The Houston Texans made me a believer last week in Cincinnati. Arizona is likely going into full tank-mode too. So, I’m betting on the Texans to win and cover at home.
The Raiders offense isn’t too explosive, but their running game will have opportunities on Sunday. The Dolphins offense can always be explosive, and they’re coming off a bye week. In Miami, I’m going with the OVER!
I’m really expecting the Bills to bounce back after a bad loss to Denver and the firing of their Offensive Coordinator. The Jets might need to watch out in this one. I’m betting Buffalo will win and cover in MetLife Stadium.
So, just like last week, I’m using the DraftKings Sportsbook App, and it looks like (hopefully) my $10 bet might win me $248.39 before Carrie Underwood starts singing about Sunday nights.
