Never Bet the Farm4 [W7] – Thursday Night Football

October 19, 2023

Thursday Night Football is upon us…

Yes, I realize my more faithful readers might be surprised to hear from me so soon in the week. I rarely place a wager on TNF. For one, who has the time?

Personally, I’m barely sobering up from my extended weekend by Thursday evening.

More importantly, it seems like most Thursday Night Football matchups are intended to be boring.

They’re often real snoozers to watch.

Thankfully, this one seems better than normal, and I’m using that to start off my weekend parlay.

I actually placed the wager last week. I had a final soon-to-be expiring free $25 bonus bet on DraftKings Sportsbook, and I had to think fast. Therefore, this week’s action looks a little different than usual, and the lines might have moved slightly since placing it.

So, without any more delay, let’s get right into the action.

Mr. Yours Truly, Mr.SportsKnowItAll, is selecting a 4-game NFL parlay starting with Thursday Night Football.

‘Never Bet the Farm4’ Week 7:

NO Saints 0 vs JAX Jaguars
TB Buccaneers -2.5 vs ATL Falcons
LV Raiders -1 @ CHI Bears
LA Rams -3 vs PIT Steelers

Insights:

New Orleans and Jacksonville have been up and down all season. Both offenses are dynamic at times, and I feel like the Jaguars are improving — slowly. Having said that, I think the Saints have a significantly better defense. I’m going with NOLA in this even matchup in Louisiana.

Tampa Bay is the best team in the NFC South by half-a-game. The Falcons and Saints are right behind them. At home, I’m expecting the Buccaneers to extend their divisional lead against a young Falcons team. I’m betting Tampa will win and cover!

The Bears are being the Bears this season, and I honestly don’t know what to expect from the Raiders each week. It must be a Vegas thing. I really consider Las Vegas the better team, and I’m betting them to win and cover!

Pittsburgh has to travel all-the-way out to LA this week, and I’m sure their fans will make the trip as well. Steelers fans are everywhere; it’s frankly scary at times. Either way, the Rams have been better than I expected this season. I’m betting them to win and cover at home even with the Steel Curtain in attendance.

Like I mentioned earlier, I’m using the DraftKings Sportsbook App and utilizing their promotional wagers. It looks like (hopefully) my $25 bonus bet will grow into $314.61 before Sunday supper.

I guess that’s an advantages with starting my wagers on Thursday Night Football! Badda-bing, Badda-boom. EASY MONEY !!!

Obviously, you should ONLY gamble at your own risk; however, if you do decide to make any wagers on DraftKings Sportsbook, you’re welcome to use my friend’s referral link:

That’s several weeks of action the way we’re playing.

Just remember all you wannabes (like always)… Don’t bet any more than you’re willing to lose.

And Never Bet the Farm4!
