Never Bet the Farm4 [W6] – College Audible Edition

October 13, 2023

College Audible Edition…

When is the right time to switch it up?

At what point does perseverance become stubbornness?

When do you call the old audible?

I’m no psychic. I can neither foresee nor foretell the future. But as I sense the safety coming up on a blitz (metaphorically speaking), I decided to call an audible this week.

Just to get this out of the way. Yes!

I was heavily influenced by my soon-to-be expiring free $25 bonus bets on DraftKings Sportsbook. And therefore this week’s action will look a little different.

I’m playing with a bit more cash this week, thanks to the bonus bets, and I went with a few less teams per parlay. So, without any more delay, let’s get right into the action.

Mr. Yours Truly, Mr.SportsKnowItAll, is choosing this 4-game college football parlay on Saturday. Hence why I’m calling it the College Audible Edition.

‘Never Bet the Farm4’ Week 6:

OVER 48.5 total pts. Arkansas @ Alabama
OVER 45 total pts. Ohio @ Northern Illinois
MONEYLINE Cincinnati to win vs Iowa State
USC +2.5 @ Notre Dame

Insights:

In my opinion, Alabama’s offense is better and more explosive than their defense this year, and I think Arkansas is in the same boat. It always feels nerve-racking to bet against a Nick Saban defense, but I guess that’s why they call it gambling. I’m going with the over!

There is generally little to no defense played in the MAC. NIU can move the ball and OU has a great quarterback. I’m betting the over!

I really think Cincinnati is getting their first in-conference Big12 victory this week. Two weeks ago, UC gave BYU their first conference victory since both teams joined this year. It might be Cincinnati’s turn now. Iowa State has been playing significantly better since losing to Ohio earlier in the season; therefore, I don’t trust the spread line. I’m going with the money-line bet on Cincinnati at home.

Both USC and Notre Dame have been playing exciting and dramatic games all season. Both teams have Heisman-hopeful quarterbacks. Personally speaking, even on the road, I am NOT betting against Caleb Williams. Give me the +2.5 points for cushion, please, but I think USC will win!

Like I mentioned earlier, I’m using the DraftKings Sportsbook App and utilizing their promotional wagers. It looks like (hopefully) my $25 bonus bet will turn into $233.80 before you should be waking up for church on Sunday.

Badda-bing, Badda-boom.

EASY MONEY !!!

Obviously, you should ONLY gamble at your own risk; however, if you do decide to make any wagers on DraftKings Sportsbook, you’re welcome to use my friend’s referral link:

Terms apply. Make sure you click on my invite link above for those Bonus Bets!

That’s several weeks of action the way we’re playing.

Just remember all you wannabes (like always)… Don’t bet any more than you’re willing to lose.

And Never Bet the Farm4!
