Never Bet the Farm2 [W16] – Merry Christmas

December 26, 2021

Merry Christmas to each and every one of us.

Well, except the refs.

And speaking of Christmas…

All I want this year is a winning parlay ticket.

Well…

I shouldn’t say that’s the only, only thing I want.

But I mustn’t be crude.

Tisn’t the season.

So, without any further delay, let’s get right into it.

Mr. Yours Truly, Mr. SportsKnowItAll, is wrapping up the holiday season with this 6-game NFL parlay on Sunday.

‘Never Bet the Farm2’ Week 16:

NE Patriots -1.5 vs BUF Bills
BAL Ravens +7 @ CIN Bengals
NO Saints +2.5 vs MIA Dolphins
JAX Jaguars +1.5 @ NY Jets
NY Giants +10.5 @ PHI Eagles
LV Raiders +0.5 vs DEN Broncos

Insights:

New England was able to play the stall-ball game last time against Buffalo. While I hope this game is higher scoring and more entertaining, I highly doubt it. Look for New England to win ugly (again) and cover.

The AFC North division-lead is on the line Sunday when the Ravens come to Cincinnati. Neither team can afford a loss with the competition so close and the season wrapping up. I think the oddsmakers swung a little too high on this one. Look for this game to be decided by a field goal and the Ravens to cover.

The Saints are a +2.5 dog in Miami? Against the Dolphins? I’m taking it as Merry Christmas to me! Look for the Saints to keep it close and win in the end.

Both the Jets and Jaguars are looking to build any sort momentum for next year. Not sure if either team will find much of that this week, but I do believe Jacksonville is better. Without Urban, look for the Jaguars to win!

The Eagles and Giants are much more evenly matched in my opinion. The oddsmakers have totally lost faith in New York. And they’ve been right about it up till now. That ends this week. 10.5 is way to high. Look for the Giants to cover!

Derek Carr has a few more tricks up his sleeves, and I think the Raiders will surprise the Broncos this week. Look for Las Vegas to cover rather easily.

The nifty bet builder shows us how my $10 now should bring back a gift of $524.82. Badda-bing, Badda-boom.

EASY MONEY!

Now put the egg nog back into the fridge and get those bets down.

Merry Christmas you filthy animals.

Just remember all you wannabes…

Don’t bet any more than you’re willing to lose, and never bet the farm2.
