Postponed?
Huh?
What do you mean?
I thought that wasn’t allowed this season.
There was a big team memo sent out to everybody and everything.
Eh, I guess things change… Even the rules themselves.
Not only did the NFL move specific games around to help those dealing with positive tests (a clear sign the fix is in), but now, the league has decided to completely stop testing vaccinated players who aren’t showing any symptoms.
The old “see no evil, hear no evil” move.
I see you, NFL.
The old ball and chain and I have the same policy on my sent DMs.
What’s the point in looking for trouble?
Even if it all gets postponed anyway. So, let’s get right into it without any more delay.
Mr. Yours Truly, Mr. SportsKnowItAll, is going with this fix of a bet — a clean and simple 6-game parlay in the NFL.
‘Never Bet the Farm2’ Week 15:
LA Rams -6.5 vs SEA Seahawks
WAS Football Team +6.5 @ PHI Eagles
CLE Browns -3.5 vs LV Raiders
NO Saints +11 @ TB Buccaneers
NY Giants +11.5 vs DAL Cowboys
PIT Steelers -1.5 vs TEN Titans
Insights:
You can see it however you want to see it, but I see the words “fix” written right on the wall.
Postponing these games definitely helped the Rams, Browns and Washington Football team more than their opponents. If the league is that trying to help out these teams this much, then what can we expect from the ones who actually throw the games — the referees.
It all smells shady to me, so I’m looking for all three teams to cover. The league has made it clear to me, now.
The Buccaneers are the best team in their division, but the oddsmakers have a little too much faith with this 11-point spread. I’ll admit that Tampa Bay scares me a little at home, where they’ve been nothing short of dominate. With that said, I still look for the Saints to keep it close. Look for Tampa to win by only a touchdown and NOLA covers!
The Cowboys have been incredibly inconsistent this year. They let Washington back into last week’s game, and I see the same thing happening for the Giants. Oddsmakers have WAY TOO MUCH faith in the Cowboys, almost every year in fact. Look for the Giants to cover the spread yet lose!
Big Ben’s Retirement Tour continues for the Steelers, and the offense has played better after news leaked on how it might be the QBs last year. I think that will continue against an inconsistent Titans team. Look for the Steelers to win and cover at home with some more late-game heroics.
This nifty bet builder shows me how my $10 should bring me back an easy $490.42. Badda-bing, Badda-boom.
EASY MONEY!
Don’t feel like you need to hurry, though.
They could still cancel the game altogether.
The early bird doesn’t necessarily get the worm this week.
(despite what the old man always told us)
Just remember all you wannabes…
Don’t bet any more than you’re willing to lose, and never bet the farm2.
