Never Bet the Farm2 [W12] – Ungrateful

November 28, 2021

Ungrateful as it may seem… Never Bet the Farm2 understands the season well enough.

And all this great gratitude is starting to get to me.

So, I think it’s time to air some gambling grievances to level things out.

But let’s get into this week’s action first.

Mr. Yours Truly, Mr. SportsKnowItAll, is going with a grateful, gracious 6-game NFL parlay.

‘Never Bet the Farm2’ Week 12:

TB Buccaneers -3 @ IND Colts
CIN Bengals -4 vs PIT Steelers
BAL Ravens -3.5 vs CLE Browns
ATL Falcons -2 @ JAX Jaguars
CAR Panthers -2 @ MIA Dolphins
HOU Texans -2.5 vs NY Jets

Ungrateful Insights:

The Colts play everybody tough, but as long as Tampa Bay’s defense can slow down Jonathan Taylor, the Buccaneers should pull away towards the end. Look for the Bucs to win by double-digits.

The AFC North is crazy tight, and everybody is still playing for something. The Steelers are extra motivated after losing at home to Cincinnati early this season, but it won’t make a difference against the younger, hungrier Bengals.

Likewise, the Ravens are on top of the division for a reason. In Lamar we trust. Plus after his brother’s big win on Saturday, Jim Harbaugh is going to find a way to pressure Baker. Look for a touchdown+ Ravens victory at home.

The Falcons manhandled the Jaguars in London, and I don’t see it playing out differently in Jacksonville. Neither team is improving quickly, so it should be close. Look for the Falcons to win by a field goal.

Cam Newton almost got that win last week. The team is starting to gel more, and this week it will pay off. Look for Carolina to cover rather easily.

After upsetting the Titans last week, the Texans come home with some confidence to face a wandering Jets team. Momentum should easily carry Houston to a touchdown+ victory.

The nifty bet builder helps me see how $10 should become a sweet even $478.00. Badda-bing, Badda-boom.

EASY MONEY!

And without any further delay, here are just a few of the things I’m most ungrateful for this season.

  • That perfecet half point the oddsmakers put there just to screw me
    (It’s gotta be fixed!)
  • The underthrown pass which seemingly ALWAYS gets a ridiculous pass interference call.
  • SVP rubbing my misfortunes back in my face on TV nightly. If you don’t have action, you shouldn’t be allow to talk about bad beats. You’re profitting off the misfortunes of others. Have you no shame?
  • Simple… The Dallas Cowboys this past Thanksgiving. What was that finish?
  • My UTSA college playoff future bet. Talk about something being fixed. Ha!
  • The fact my family still complains about how late I show up to eat. They should realize by now my fantasy lineup is much more important than when the rolls are done. Get over it!
  • The stress of having to juggle different events with significant others.
  • The way the Mrs. seemingly always gets home early from work on the worst days. It’s almost like she knows.

Okay, maybe they’re not all holiday-related, but I was in a groove.

Now get those bets down and give thanks.

Remember all you wannabes…

Don’t bet any more than you’re willing to lose, and never bet the farm2.
